What products are available in the online store?
The online store currently carries selected retail wood veneer edgebanding, prefinished wood veneer edgebanding, pre-glued melamine edgebanding, and 24 × 24 in paper-backed wood veneer sheets. Edgemate manufactures a broader range of veneer products for commercial and custom applications; contact our sales team if you need something not listed in the store.
Is the wood edgebanding real wood?
Yes. Products identified as wood veneer edgebanding or wood veneer sheets use real wood veneer. Natural variation in color, grain, and figure is normal and should be expected.
What is the difference between unfinished and prefinished wood edgebanding?
Unfinished veneer is ready for your stain or finish after application. Prefinished veneer has a clear PUR-UV finish already applied, helping eliminate a separate finishing step while adding durability.
What size edgebanding is sold in the store?
The current retail edgebanding assortment is 13/16 in wide. Available roll lengths depend on the product and may include 8 ft, 25 ft, and 50 ft options.
Which roll length should I choose?
Choose the length that covers your project with the least waste. Longer rolls generally cost substantially less per foot, and the product page shows the price per foot for each available length.
How do I apply pre-glued Edgemate edgebanding?
Position the edging over a clean panel edge, activate the pre-applied hot-melt adhesive with a household iron, press firmly while it bonds, allow it to cool, and then trim the excess flush. For detailed instructions and troubleshooting resources, visit the Edgemate Document Center.
Do you offer products, species, sizes, or finishes that are not shown in the store?

What is your return policy?
Approved returns of stock material require an RMA, must be less than one year old from the original ship date, and must be in resalable condition and properly packaged. A 15% restocking fee applies to approved stock returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping. See our Returns & Refunds page for complete terms.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or appears defective?
Document shipping damage at delivery whenever possible and contact Edgemate promptly with photographs or other supporting documentation. For suspected product defects, contact us with photographs or samples so the issue can be reviewed.
