Shipping damage

If your order arrives damaged, document the damage at delivery whenever possible and contact Edgemate promptly with photographs and any supporting documentation. Once a shipping-damage claim is confirmed by the carrier, Edgemate will issue a credit or replacement in accordance with our return policy.
